My Next Step is a Non-profit organization offering Resource Navigation services and support to low income adults.
We are:
Our vision: It is our vision to reduce poverty one adult at a time. To assist adults in achieving their potential by offering them an array of services and information to increase their knowledge and capacity in being results-oriented, collaborative, adaptive, and competitive in life and in the job market.
Why Job Readiness? Our organization was started in response to a need to help adults who cannot find or keep employment and therefore are not able to support their families. The missing link is often low self-esteem and not knowing how or where to get the help they need. The program has changed over the years with the need.
Who can participate? Anyone who wants to make a difference in their own life!!
How do we do it? By providing one on one education that provides adults with a better understanding of their unique talents and helps them develop the competitive edge needed for personal and career success.

- Supporter of community advancement
- Partner with the Department of Human Services for Jobs Programs
